Q: Can I expedite my order?
A: Expedited shipping options are available for U.S. domestic orders containing inventoried items only. Orders containing on-demand items will ship within the item specific production times listed in the description. Orders placed for expedited shipping by 12pm CST will be processed same day.
A: Individual personalization is not at this time. However, affiliate co-branded items are available.
Please note there is a one-time $40 fee to set-up an affiliate logo for co-branded customization on products. This fee is incurred on the first purchase of a co-branded product and will be invoiced to you separately from the transaction. If you or another person from your brokerage has already purchased this product with co-branded customization, you will not be invoiced again.

A: Yes! Affiliate logos will be digitized for embroidery and printing on hard goods. Proofs will be sent for approval by the user. The order will proceed once proof is approved.
