Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

  • Items with a manufacturers defect must be returned within 100 days of purchase. A replacement item will be provided at no cost.
  • Items received with incorrect size, color or logo must be returned within 10 days of receipt. A replacement item will be provided at no cost.

Print on Demand Items -

  • Print on demand items cannot be returned/exchanged unless there is a quality issue with garment.
  • Print on demand items received as ordered cannot be returned for issues with size or color. (If a blue shirt, size medium is ordered and a blue shirt, size medium is delivered, it can’t be returned because it doesn’t fit or the customer doesn’t like the color.). Please use size chart links within each apparel item description.

Inventoried Items -

  • Can be returned, at customer's expense, for a refund/exchange within 10 days of receipt.  All items must be in unworn/unused condition with original tags/packaging.

 

Shipping

Orders will ship when all items are ready.

Print on Demand Items -

  • Will be decorated and shipped within 12-15 business days, after proof approval.  Weekends do not count as business days.

Inventoried Items -

  • Will be shipped within 24-72 business hours.

 

Shipping (INTERNATIONAL)

All International orders will be shipped via UPS International. Taxes and duties are estimated in the rate customers receive upon checkout. All International shipments go out with a commercial invoice (DDP). Pending the border agency UPS is working with, customers may be contacted to help the item(s) clear customs.
